A Digital House Call: Redesigning Davis Square Family Practice
Davis Square Family Practice (DSFP) is a community-focused healthcare provider committed to offering comprehensive medical care. Following the recent design of their brand identity, DSFP required a complete website redesign to align their online presence with their updated visual language and core values. The existing website no longer effectively served the needs of their primary user groups: existing patients seeking information and services, and prospective patients evaluating the practice. I was tasked with redesigning and developing a new website that would not only reflect the new brand but also provide a significantly improved, user-centric experience for both audiences. The goal was to create an intuitive, informative, and welcoming digital front door for the practice.
Literacy Liftoff: Rebuilding the NCIL Resource Hub
This project involved a complete UX/UI redesign and development of the National Center for Improving Literacy (NCIL for short) website. The previous site presented significant challenges for users trying to find relevant literacy resources. The primary goal was to create a user-centered experience, specifically improving the ability for key audiences – state agencies, families, and educators – to easily navigate, discover, and utilize the valuable resources offered. The redesigned website focuses on intuitive navigation, clear audience pathways, and a modern, accessible interface.

I believe that a successful creative lead embodies a combination of creative talent, business acumen, and strong leadership skills. They should be able to inspire and motivate, communicate a cohesive vision, and be decisive.
As a hands-on creative leader I believe in collaborating with my team and integrating the best ideas from all sides. I am willing to experiment, take risks, and understand that part of design is being willing to continuously learn and embrace new things. All of this in an effort to build a deep understanding of my client's needs, the target they appeal to and the ability to create work that resonates with their customer in an emotional way.

Defining and developing the visual and verbal elements that represent the brand, differentiate it from competitors and create a consistent and memorable experience for customers that builds trust and loyalty.
Web Design
Focus on the visual/user interface design and organizing content to create an engaging and intuitive user experience as well as the technical implementation of the design through front-end development.
